about May.
My name is May, and I am an activist from Myanmar—a nation enduring an urgent crisis that rarely makes global headlines. As part of a generation facing the duty to rebuild and lead, I see changemaking not as an individual burden, but as a shared mission. True, lasting impact cannot rest on one person alone; it requires the power of collective leadership. My goal in joining Cugoano is to be the leader my community needs, to mobilize my peers, amplify voices from our communities, and empowering a generation to continue fighting for all of our people.
